This membrane maintains the independent water production channel of the hollow membrane and has the characteristics of a flat membrane that is not prone to hair accumulation. It has super self-repair ability and perfectly solves the current pain points faced by hollow fiber membranes and flat membranes.

Membrane structure
With the help of fluid mechanics simulation analysis, the corrugated surface structure is conducive to strengthening the shearing effect of the gas-water two-phase fluid, thereby reducing the probability of particles adhering to the membrane surface and inhibiting the occurrence of surface membrane pollution.

Component structure
The determination of the module structure is the prerequisite for the structural design of the assembly , including membrane integration, membrane module water production method and fixing method, etc. According to the structure of the membrane and its vibrating characteristics, the membrane module is placed horizontally and multiple membranes are integrated into the membrane box at equal intervals. After the component structural form is determined, the internal flow channel resistance of the membrane is tested through simulation and a large number of experiments to determine the optimal structure and size of the component.

The unique sheet structure of the corrugated flat membrane can ensure that the upper and lower air channels of the multi-layer assembly are smooth without hair fiber entangling problem, the membrane can produce high-frequency vibration under the action of aeration, further inhibit membrane pollution, and greatly improve the operating flux. combined with the compact structure design of the assembly, the membrane area is high, the aeration energy consumption is more than 30% lower than that of the traditional MBR membrane to realize the in-situ maintenance and restorative cleaning with stable running.
