High-precision molding and coating equipment

The corrugated flat membrane R&D team independently designs high-end molding equipment and uses non-woven microwave array molding technology to ensure the fixed structure and product consistency of the corrugated flat membrane while greatly reducing its material cost.

The substrate pretreatment equipment uses a unique molding mold design and cleverly utilizes the physical deformation characteristics of the support material to accurately control the microwave corrugated shape of the support substrate to achieve microwave array molding, so that the width and height of a single channel are both 1.6 mm . Hundreds of flow channels are uniform and the accuracy can be controlled to 0.01 mm.

The support layer is the skeleton of the membrane, and the characteristics of the microfiltration functional layer determine the performance indicators of the membrane during application. The microwave corrugated structure on the surface of thecorrugated flat membrane support brings huge challenges to the coating process of the functional layer. We made full use of the viscoelastic characteristics of the polymer casting membrane system and creatively developed a special coating technology, which was successfully controlled by micro-air pressure difference . It achieves precise coating of polymer casting liquid on the surface of microwave-corrugated substrates, and adopts double-sided horizontal curtain coating to further simplify the production process and improve production efficiency.

 

Fine gradient network structure

In general, the working conditions of membrane materials in MBR are relatively harsh, which places higher requirements on the anti-pollution properties of membrane materials. On the one hand, appropriate surface pores effectively separate particles and ensure that the internal voids of the membrane material are not occupied; on the other hand, moderate asymmetry, that is, the gradient structure of the subcutaneous sublayer , is conducive to extending the life of the membrane material under harsh working conditions. service life. By studying the rheological characteristics of the casting liquid and controlling the liquid membrane morphology, material-liquid adhesion and penetration parameters during the coating process, the chord-patterned flat membrane product cross-section has a micro-gradient network structure and consistent surface pore sizes, ensuring Excellent anti-fouling properties during membrane operation .

In addition, the gradient network structure also has excellent impact resistance and wear resistance. Practice has proven that even after the wear of particles during long-term operation of the MBR and the wear of the cortex after repeated cleaning, the sub-layer pore size of thecorrugated flat membrane is still dense and uniform, which well ensures the excellent long-term anti-pollution performance of the product.

The innovative coating technology of corrugated flat membrane solves the problem of polymer microfiltration coating on non-flat support surfaces and fills the domestic gap; PVDF microfiltration membrane has strong anti-pollution ability due to its network gradient pore structure. At present, the annual production capacity has reached more than 1 million square meters .
