Textile Printing and Dying Waste Water Treatment

2023-11-18

Waste Water Treatment Overview

The wastewater is printing and dyeing textile wastewater. The original MBR process uses curtain membrane. Due to the high water temperature of the wastewater and the high alkalinity of the membrane pool, the membrane filaments are prone to broken filaments and scale formation, resulting in unstable effluent quality of the membrane pool, substandard water quality of the produced water, and frequent off-line cleaning is required.

Features of 3D Array Flat Membrane

  • Structure: layered modular structure, easy to install and disassemble.

  • Four-layer assembly: loading higher than the traditional flat membrane.

  • Stratified water collection: evenly distributed water production to reduce the internal resistance loss.

  • Strong impact load resistance: no scale or breaking of filament owing to the strong anti-fouling of layered structure with the advantages in the
    application of industrial wastewater treatment.
