Feature
• The Corrugated membrane is made of PVDF material.
• It is constructed as a flat thin plate with regularly arranged corrugated fiber units on both sides of the plane.
• The corrugated membranes on both sides are supported by PET plates in the middle.
the gap between the membrane and the PET board becomes an independent water collection and delivery channel due to its special corrugated structure.
• The sewage filtered by the membrane is accumulated in the collecting box through independent water delivery channels, and then discharged through the Permeate Flow system.
Application
Membrane fouling reduction in membrane bioreactors (MBRs) is mostly performed by improving sludge quality, applying high shear rates on the membrane surface and improving membrane properties, corrugated flat membrane with unique structure can reduce the membrane fouling in minimum with wide application in waste water treatment, pharmacy waste water, petrochemical water plant, power plant, biochemical water plant,steel waster waste water treatment etc.
