Feature
Norrigin’s Hollow Fiber MF Membrane adopts PVDF as main material with stable chemical properties such as anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, acid and alkali resistance. It’s processed by a special technology with the microscopic gradient membrane pore structure which is not easy to be fouled and has permanent hydrophilicity for water flux increasing and operational stability. its main body is lined with crocheted rope, which is resistant to stretch and not easy to break. so it’ s the ideal MBR Membrane Material for water treatment systems.
• Large Flux, Low Temperature Resistance: extremely strong water permeability with permanently hydrophilic modified PVDF Material and gradient membrane pore structure, operating flux is increased 40% at low temperature under the same pressure difference
.• High Anti-Peel off: The anti-peel off for single filament is ≥1.5MPa with the crocheted rope as lining to firmly binding with PVDF functional layer, which completely solve the problems of membrane fiber extension and deformation, easily-broken filament as well as damage of functional layers to ensure the long-term stability of permeate water quality
• Dry Storage:The PVDF membrane is made of the composite modification process with good chemical resistance, permanent hydrophilicity, and easy to store, transport and maintain.
Application
Hollow fiber filtration works on the same principle as tubular and capillary configurations but utilizes a small tube diameter which allows for flexibility. Common applications for hollow fiber membranes include MBR, RO pretreatment, Industrial water/wastewater, juice processing, and biotech applications.
