Introduction
The ULP low pressured industrial RO membrane element is an aromatic polyamide composite membrane element product developed by ADVAN MEMBRANE for desalination of both surface water and groundwater. It has the characteristics of high system recovery ( water production under low operating pressure, which can greatly reduce the operating costs of the system, and reduce the investment costs of pumps, pipelines, housing s and other equipment. It can be applied to the desalination treatment of surface water, groundwater, tap water and municipal water with salt content below 2000ppm.
Features
Wide range of application: suitable for most of water desalination where TDS is below 2000 mg/l.
Large water yield: can produce the same water yield as a low pressure membrane element water production , with brackish water, with 10kg less operating pressure
Strong resilience to cleaning: the element can be cleaned repeatedly with either acid or alkali, resulting in a long service life.

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a membrane-based separation process that can remove dissolved salts, organic compounds,
bacteria, viruses and other contaminants from water. RO membranes are widely used in various applications, such as
desalination, wastewater treatment, food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical production, and industrial water
purification. RO membranes can offer several advantages over conventional filtration methods, such as high water
recovery, low energy consumption, minimal chemical usage, and high product quality.
